Primary Job Functions:

  • Perform B2B/commercial collections.
  • Responsible for tracking and collecting on open receivables for key National and Regional Accounts
  • Timely research & resolution of outstanding payment issues; monitor and resolve cash applications.
  • Assist with data analysis, account audits & reconciliations.
  • Prepare customer statements and aging files.

Primary Job Functions:

  • Post payments from explanation of benefits/EOBs
  • Balance entries posted in ledger, prepare/reconcile bank deposits.
  • Identify/resolve credit balance accounts.
  • Prepare various cash application spreadsheets, reports, and statistics.
  • Research/resolve refund and electronic posting discrepancies

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • High school Diploma
  • 3+ years’ experience in cash applications

 

Accounts Payable Specialist

Primary Job Functions:

  • Full cycle invoice processing.
  • 3-way matching of PO and Non PO invoices.
  • Communicate with vendors via email and phone.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of recent full cycle AP experience, required.
  • Strong Excel skills, with ability to use Pivot Tables and VLookUp Formulas.
  • Professional communication skills are required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish), a plus but not required.

Primary Job Functions:

  • High volume billing
  • Perform reconciliations and resolve customer disputes (pertaining to invoicing) as needed
