Role duties and responsibilities

• Prepare valuations and support the due diligence process for acquisition prospects, providing significant value in supporting company’s growth.

• Review financial, operational, demographic, and other information on target opportunities

• Conform financial data to a standardized financial model

• Identify normalizing adjustments, key growth opportunities and risks

• Prepare standardized earnings and compare with other hospitals

Primary Job Functions:

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • 5-10+ years C#.NET backend
  • Understanding of Azure, including the following: 1) Serverless functionality and APIM (API Management within Azure) and 2) How to pull up a “resource group” in Azure and basic commands
