RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Mid-sized Dallas Law Firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-7 years of experience

·        Must be comfortable with all aspects of litigation, from case inception up to and including trial

·        Highly competitive compensation with defined path to partnership

QUALIFICATIONS

·        JD from an accredited Law School

·        Texas License

·        Prior work in Personal Injury, Construction Defect, Transportation & Trucking or Premises Liability preferred
