Our client in Downtown Austin, TX is looking for a fulltime/direct-hire Desktop Support Technician

Responsibilities:

• Looking for someone with a strong desktop support where all end-users are highly compensated, Executive/Chief-level, individuals which require &ldquowhite-glove&rdquo professional technical support
• The main technical aspect will be desktop support around Windows applications, Office, Word, Excel, Network Connectivity, break/fix, and any other ad-hoc fire-drills that may hit that day

Other Info:

• Position is fulltime/direct-hire with base salary targeted around $45-50k plus benefits, 401k, etc.
• They operate a 37.5-hour work-week and will pay overtime for anything above that (Hours being 9:30am to 6pm Mon-Fri). Will also be eligible for special projects with additional overtime depending on project/rollout
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer and not need sponsorship now or in the future
• Candidates must be local and within commuting range of Downtown Austin
