Director of FP&A

Job Type: Direct Hire
Primary Job Functions:
&bull Responsible for all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, financial analytics, and reporting.
&bull Annual Budgeting Process Coordination
&bull Produce Monthly Financial forecast for multiple entities
&bull Coordinate and prepare month-end & quarter-end reporting package
&bull Financial analysis of business operations, to include sales analytics, contract review and analytics, G&A analysis with heavy emphasis on field G&A, and marketing analytics
&bull Development of database information needed to complete timely financial information
&bull Development of financial reporting dashboards with relevant KPI information
&bull Other modeling and analytical support as deemed necessary
Qualifications/Experience Required:
&bull 8+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience, required.
&bull Experience working in retail or manufacturing industry, a plus.
&bull Multi-entity experience, preferred.
&bull Management experience, required.
&bull Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with various analytical tools.
