Primary Job Functions:

&bull                 Analyze data and maintain models to accurately project financial results.

&bull                 Maintain financial forecasts, reports and KPI tracking.

&bull                 Retain industry and company knowledge to enhance variance explanations and financial reporting.

&bull                 Work with business partners to ensure forecasts and analysis are relevant and any gaps to financial targets are identified.

&bull                 Ensure accurate forecasts by working with Accountants on timing shifts clearly document assumptions based off this knowledge

&bull                 Contest business partners on revenue and cost trends when financial drivers indicate areas of opportunity or potential risks.

&bull                 Contribute to business process troubleshooting and enhancement initiatives when appropriate.

&bull                 Perform ad hoc projects or analysis to enhance financial performance and better understand business drivers.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

&bull                 Bachelor&rsquos degree in accounting, finance or related field.

&bull                 2+ years of financial analysis, forecasting and financial reporting experience.

&bull                 Strong knowledge of accounting principles, public company financial reporting & practices.

&bull                 Proven track record working in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment.

&bull                 Excellent analytical skills, conceptual thinking, communication & interpersonal skills.

&bull                 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, required.
