RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Building financial models to assess returns and accretion / dilution on potential acquisitions

·        Preparing evaluation materials to support potential acquisitions and/or organic growth projects

·        Assist business development and commercial teams in their efforts by providing assistance with customer presentation materials (pitch books), financial analysis on new business opportunities, providing industry and competitor analysis, etc.

·        Assist FP&A team as needed in the monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting processes

REQUIREMENTS

·        2+ years of energy i-banking or a combo of banking / management consulting and corp. dev.

·        Highly capable Financial modeler and advanced skill in Power Point

·        Team player who is able and willing to learn new skill sets

·        Ability to multi-task and support multiple functions such as M&A, BD, Commercial, Land, and FP&A
