Our client, a well-established and growing organization, is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, executive presentations, and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses.
• Manage the rolling 13-week cash forecast and working-capital analysis.
• Support debt covenant and borrowing-base reporting.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.

Ideal Candidate

• Min 3 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills.
• ERP/BI experience Sage or Tableau a plus.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA a bonus.
