Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate will identify, contact and build relationships with deal sources including investment banks, private equity firms and other lenders, and evaluate, screen and structure potential new investments.

Responsibilities:

Identify, contact and build relationships with investment banks, private equity firms, commercial banks and other lenders

Manage and expand company brand in the market

Evaluate, screen and structure potential new investments in conjunction with other company professionals

Assist in maintaining the firms CRM system

Performing other ad-hoc duties as needed

Skills:

Undergraduate degree from a top university

Formal credit training or investment banking background 

1-2 years of business development or sourcing experience strong preferred

Very strong oral and written communication skills

Self-motivated, organized and detail oriented

High level of integrity with strong references

Experience in healthcare or technology is a plus

Must be willing to travel up to twice monthly
