Job Summary:

As a recruiter, you will proactively source, recruit, coordinate, and present high quality professionals to clients. This position will draw on sourced leads, interact with potential short-term and long-term networks of candidates, and use a large volume of recruitment techniques. The goal is to exceed clients' expectations and to add value to their business.


- Work directly with account managers to define job order requirements.
- Effectively recruit, interview, retain, coach and develop candidates, understanding their needs and helping them meet their professional goals.
- Source candidate profiles using Boolean or other search skills in UltraStaff, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed and any other resume databases.
- Call sourced candidates to pitch specific jobs and interview for matching skills.
- Interview candidates for contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire opportunities.
- Coordinate candidate interviews including debriefing interviews, obtaining offers, and negotiating pay rates.
- Conduct exit interviews and communicate constructive feedback to candidates when needed.
- Screen all candidates and present qualified individuals to account managers for review prior to submitting to clients.
- Thoroughly discuss candidates needs and communicate them with the account manager.
- Prep candidates for each interview.
- Debrief candidates in detail after each interview.
- Present offers to candidates at the appropriate time.
- Manage calendar events such as phone and in-person interviews.
- Market the candidate's skills, knowledge and abilities to account managers so that we make the best match for the client and the candidate.
- Actively document all candidate updates in UltraStaff system.
- Define effective screening processes in collaboration with account managers to ensure that you are obtaining the most qualified candidates.
- Provide leads to AM where the candidates they are talking to are interviewing.
- Meet consistent goals to be met on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Create and execute innovative sourcing/recruiting strategies.
- Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on heavy email correspondence.

Job Requirements:

- 1+ years experience in staffing industry as a recruiter and/or working in an IT related field is required.
- Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
- Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual.
- Excellent communications skills
- Proven honesty and integrity
