Eric Botsch, Managing Partner
Eric Botsch is a co-founding partner of Southwest Search. Prior to starting Southwest Search in 2000, he spent four years working for Accounting Solutions, conducting nationwide searches for corporate and investment bankers, as well as chief financial officers and financial analysts. Eric began his professional career working for the White House Office of Scheduling and Advance where he helped manage domestic components of presidential events. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Arkansas.
Donna Grooms, Partner
Donna Grooms began her career in the financial search business in 1980. She spent many years with Romac and also with other boutique firms in the Dallas, Houston and Chicago markets. Donna joined Southwest Search in October 2000. Her clients include a number of Fortune 1000 companies, as well as start-ups in the consumer products, manufacturing, technology, healthcare and real estate industries.
Robbie Chavez, Partner
Robbie Chavez joined Southwest Search in April 2001. During this time he has established a client network in a wide variety of industries throughout the DFW Metroplex. Prior to Southwest Search, Robbie spent over four years with a Dallas-based retail company as a senior accountant. Robbie received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1996.
James Reid, Associate Partner
James Reid joined Southwest Search in February 2005. He started his career in 2003 in the healthcare recruiting industry, specializing in the recruitment of physicians, nurses and other allied healthcare professionals. James has since transitioned into the recruitment of accounting and financial resources. James grew up in Sherman, Texas and graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Caonha Tran, Associate Partner
Caonha Tran joined our team in May of 2005. Caonha has been recognized by the Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants (MAPC) as a Top 20 Producer and as the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants (TAPC) Rookie of the year in 2004 for Technical/Professional Permanent & Contract Services. Her background also includes corporate recruiting for a global manufacturing company as well as experience in the accounting/finance, technical and mortgage industries.
Shannon Moore, Operations Manager
Shannon Moore joined Southwest Search as the Operations Manager in January of 2007. Prior to Southwest Search, she worked for another Dallas area staffing firm and she brings over seven years of experience to the team. Shannon oversees all marketing and support services for the company.
Darren Moyer, Senior Associate
Darren Moyer joined Southwest Search in 2008. He started his career in 2005, recruiting in the material handling, metal fabrication, and laser optics industries. After two years of recruiting engineers, he transitioned into recruiting accounting and finance professionals. Darren holds his Personnel Consultant Certification (CPC) and is currently pursuing his Bachelors in Business Administration.
Michael Herman, Associate
Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Michael was a Senior Recruiter with one of the leading accounting and finance recruiting firms in Los Angeles. There, Michael specialized in placing accounting and financial professionals from the staff level up to senior management in organizations of all sizes and industries. Michael began his career in accounting and has worked for both Fortune 500 and boutique firms in various accounting, finance, and trading capacities. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Hofstra University.
Page Carneal, Associate
Page Carneal joined Southwest Search in February 2010. She started her career in 2007 in the administrative recruiting industry, specializing in the recruitment of executive and administrative assistants and customer service representatives. Page has since transitioned into the recruitment of accounting and financial professionals. She grew up in Rowlett, Texas, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2006.
