The SAP Functional Implementation Leader represents Manufacturing as the subject expert within a cross functional deployment team. The team charter: to design and deploy the SAP Template. Optimizing current business processes and operating systems with SAP.
This includes:
o Understanding the site business requirements
o Performing gap analysis
o Assisting with the redesign of processes
o Testing to ensure conversion success
Provide leadership and change management support for the design and implementation of the new systems processes, enhancements to existing systems, and/or business process changes
Complete key deliverables such as functional site discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios, and others as outlined in the CP/S deployment methodology
Provide knowledge transfer to local business users
The scope of Manufacturing includes:
o Operations Management
o Lean Manufacturing
o MRP
o Inventory Management
o Planning and Forecasting
o Kanban
o Pull Systems
o Variant Configurator
o Process Improvement Methodology
o Associated Data and Reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business process owners and leadership to develop new organizational roles to fulfill the "To-Be" business processes
Work with CP/S functional team to fully understand the template for Manufacturing in SAP and provide SBU input to the evolution of the template
Capture, assess and prioritize key business requirement gaps from all sites that are part of a deployment project
Drive best business process across HLS/ACS
Champion change management activities
Become the SAP system subject expert and ensure that knowledge is effectively transferred to other users
Ensure that all users are able to operate new business process effectively with minimum impact to the business
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years manufacturing finance/accounting background with strong SAP experience and implementation experience
Bachelor Degree
Willing to travel up to 20%

Effective project management, time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

Ability to work collaboratively with IT staff through the design and build of the new business processes
Ability to drive into the system detail of the SAP application
Six Sigma, Lean or other process-oriented techniques experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent English language skills; reading, writing, spoken
Able to manage multiple sites and local teams |
